finish up a first version of the pipeline& complete first try at training

In the datapipeline consisting of:

  1. get data
  2. preprocessing
  3. model defining
  4. training the model
  5. evaluate results with validation set
  6. make and save reconstructions (5 and 6 can be combined)

everything should be finished (so mainly 5 and 6) and the code should be run properly with the entire dataset to train for the first time. plan in an entire day just for calculating
