	reported by Cory. The H2O and O3 columns were separated only by
	one blank space from the other columns. The q data set contains
	one negative H2O value, so that for that case there was no
	separation at all, which screwed up reading of this data set. I
	increased the field width for O3 and H2O by one in the Fortran
	extraction routine, to fix this problem.

	tensor 3 is N_p x N_lat x N_lon. Therfore lat_grid and lon_grid are 
	not allowed to be empty.
