	* atmosphere/fascod/: Included 0 in latitude and longitude 
	dimension to allow easier check of size of the tensor3 in the 
	gridded fields. In ARTS we will implement a check in the reading 
	and writing routinges, which checks wherther the dimension of the 
	tensor 3 is N_p x N_lat x N_lon. Therfore lat_grid and lon_grid are 
	not allowed to be empty.
