	* planets/Mars/MPS/Mars.z_surface.xml.gz,README: Modified for meeting
	constant-at-poles requirement. README adapted accordingly, plus added
	disclaimer on use of this data (it's altitude over mean surface,
	implying there exist plenty of negative altitudes. which makes it hard
	to use together with the atm data which starts at 5m only and has an
	unspecified altitude reference.)

	* planets/Mars/MPS/Mars.Ls[0,90,180,270].[day,night].dust-[low,medium,high]/*:
	Added. Complete set of atmospheric and surface temperature scenarios for
	Mars.
