	Added. Profiles or temperature and altitude reaching up to 2000km. For
	use (and in consistency) with IGRF magfield and IRI edensity data. More

	* planets/Earth/IGRF/IGRF11_2000_200km-5deg-5deg.B_w.xml.gz:
	Corrected for constant-at-poles requirement.
