            * ARTS-XML-DATA-1-1-29

            * climatology/msis90: Created MSIS90 climatology files. 

            * climatology/cira86: Created this folder for climatology version
            of CIRA86. Just README and output files here.

            * atmosphere/cira86: Was not updated. Files now stored as GField3.
            A climatology is also generated. A better treatment of water vapour 
            when calculating HSE added. README.FIRST revised.
