The data in here is supposed to be used with the species-tag "LM-2NDORDER".
Below follows a description of the file(s) in use:

Based on: Makarov et al., 2011, 60-GHz oxygen band: Precise experimental
profiles and extended absorption modeling in a wide temperatur range,
JQSRT 112, 1420-1428.
Testeds region: 245 K to 334 K.
Can be matched to quantum numbers: v1, Upper N, Lower N, Upper J, Lower J
