	* spectroscopy/zeeman:  Adding updated Zeeman coefficients
	for paper accepted by JQSRT 2018-12-03.
	
	* spectroscopy/linemixing:  Removed because it is not 
	good to use this code as you please.  Design the catalog
	yourself instead.
	
	* spectroscopy/Perrin_artscat34/convert2artscat5.arts:
	Fixed as it did not work.  I would have updated the
	entire Perrin/ folder as well but I cannot run the script 
	because of too little RAM.  Still, the Perrin_artscat34
	has to kept around because we still don't have the 
	proper quantum numbers reading routine...
	
	* spectroscopy/cia/borysow/*:  Found bug here.  The original
	data seems to have had a completely wrong frequency scale...
	
	Also added the very rough script I used to create the data
	so that errors can be spotted.  (I am especially concerned
	that some CIA papers seems to define it as N1 * N2 * X12,
	for different species N1 and N2, but as N1 * N1 * X11 / 2,
	for the same species N1, so there might still be errors in 
	here...)
