* ARTS-XML-DATA-2-3-3

	* scattering/H2O_[ice,liquid]/*.meta.xml:
	Converted all meta data to version3 format.

	* scattering/H2O_ice/ScatteringMetaFile_allH2Oice.xml,
	scattering/H2O_ice/SingleScatteringFile_allH2Oice.xml,
	scattering/H2O_liquid/ScatteringMetaFile_allH2Oliquid.xml,
	scattering/H2O_liquid/SingleScatteringFile_allH2Oliquid.xml:
	Added. Scattering data file lists separated by "material" (or
	scat_species).

	* scattering/SingleScatteringFile_allH2Oice-allH2Oliquid.xml,
	scattering/ScatteringMetaFile_allH2Oice-allH2Oliquid.xml:
	Removed obsolote, mixed-material scattering data file lists.
