* ARTS-XML-DATA-2-1-11 

	* atmosphere/Mars/[tracegas,wind,edensity,magfield]:
	Added (tentative) structure for planet atmo data.

	* atmosphere/Mars/[tracegas,wind]/Mars.Ls90.day.dust-high.sol-avg/*.xml.gz:
	Added scenario example for testing.

	* surface/Mars/MPI_meanRefIndex.n.xml -> ...n.xml.gz:
	Replaced unzipped by zipped version.

	* surface/Mars/readme.txt: Reference to ESA-Planetary TN2.
