	Added. Global magnetic field from IGRF-11 for a selection of years.

	* atmosphere/Earth/magfield/IGRF11*B.z.xml:
	Added. z_field corresponding to IGRF11 magnetic field data (up to 2000km).

	* atmosphere/Earth/elecdens/: Removed.

	* atmosphere/Earth/edensity/IRI_*.Ne.xml:
	Added. Global electron density fields from IRI2012 for a set of seasons,

	* surface/Mars/MPI_meanRefIndex.n.xml: Added. (Complex) refractive index
	of Martian surface. Provided by MPI under ESA Planetary study.

	* readme.txt in atmosphere/Earth/magfield/, atmosphere/Earth/edensity/,
	surface/Earth/, surface/Mars:
	Added. readme for data in the respective folder.
