* ARTS-XML-DATA-2-1-51 

	* planets/Venus/SAT/Venus.scat_data*.xml,
	  planets/Venus/SAT/Venus.*/*pnd_field*.xml:
	Added. Cloud/haze data (pnd-fields and corresponding bulk single
	scattering data) for Venus.

	* spectroscopy/Perrin/README: Updated to renamed HITRAN read method.
