* ARTS-XML-DATA-2-1-21 

	* planets/[Mars,Jupiter]/MPS/*:

	Moved currently not used (absorption) species into unused/ subfolders.

	Replaced isotopologue-VMR files (HD,HDO,CH3D) with version rescaled
	according to ARTS conventions(i.e., VMRrescaled = VMRoriginal*IR) and
	renamed them according to isotopologue-tag (H2-12,H2O-162,CH4-212).
