-- naming convention: IGRF11_[YYYY]_[ResZ]-[ResLat]-[ResLon].B_[comp].xml
-  - YYYY....the year
-  - ResZ....the altitude resolution (in km)
-  - ResLat..the resolution in latitude (in deg)
-  - ResLon..the resolution in longitude (in deg)
-  - comp....the directional component of the field (v/u/w for north/east/up)

-- originally given over altitude, (globally fixed) conversion to pressure done assuming hydrostatic equilibrium with constants (gravity, gas constant, mean molecular weight) chosen as set or suggested by ARTS. resulting p_grid and z_field stored in IGRF11_[ResZ].B.z.xml (as true 3D with lat=[-90,90] and lon=[0,360]).
