* ARTS-XML-DATA-2-1-56

	* planets/Venus/MPS/Venus.meanRefIndex.n.xml: Updated to GF4 to GF5 for
	consistency with ARTS changes of surface_complex_refr_index format.
	Renamed to Venus.surface_complex_refr_index_field.xml.

	* planets/Mars/MPS/Mars.meanRefIndex.n.xml.gz: As above (including
	renaming). Reduced redundant data to what's really necessary and change
	from zipped to unzipped format (it's small enough to skip zipping).
