* ARTS-XML-DATA-2-1-32 

	* planets/Mars/MPS/Mars.Ls90.day.dust-high.sol-avg/*,
	Mars.Ls90.day.dust-high.t_surface.xml.gz: Removed.

	* Mars.Ls90.day.dust-high/*:
	Added. Rearranged structure - each folder has sol-min, sol-max, sol-avg
	subfolders, and sol-independent t_surface. All data files as non-zipped
	ascii (they're not that big and that way change tracking is more
	efficient). Now also includes corrected wind_w data compared to previous
	data.

	* planets/Mars/MPS/README: Adapted.
