* ARTS-XML-DATA-2-3-5

Moved Perrin data to Artscat-5 format.  The old combination
of Artscat-3 and Artscat-4 are still available under 
Perrin_artscat34.  This is kept because we are still not
reading the qunatum numbers of Artscat-4 fully, so the numbers
are lost in the conversion to Artscat-5.

* spectroscopy/Perrin:  Used abs_linesArtscat5FromArtscat34 on
an abs_lines containing all lines in old spectroscopy/Perrin/.
Then used abs_lines_per_speciesWriteToSplitArtscat to write these
back to files.  Manually copied all empty files and altered their
format to Artscat-5.  The result is a split Artscat5 catalog tree
with the same content as before.

make check in Arts is succesful even after the change.

* spectroscopy/Perrin_artscat34:  Copy of Artscat-3 and Artscat-4
Perrin catalog tree.  This is what you had before the update to this
version.
