	Removed. Redundant to the chevallierl91_all_*.xml.gz data. By now, same

	files anymore.

	Adapt the READMEs according to changes above.

	* atmosphere/chevallier_91L/ConvertCompactAtm_ArrayOfMatrix-to-ArrayOfGriddedField4.arts:
	Added script to convert Chevallier data from ArrayOfMatrix to
	ArrayOfGriddedField4 in order to have the full process reproducable.
