	* ARTS-XML-DATA-1-1-30

	* atmosphere/chevallier_91L: Besides the "clear" and the "cloud" data
	sets, I added the "all" data sets, that include both data.
	The reading routine "extract_arts_all.f90" creates those data
	sets.
